Cancellation and Refund Policy
OC Mail Store is committed to our visitor’s high expectations.
Shipment cancellations made the same day within an hour after drop off of your package is entitled to a refund if the package (s) have not been picked up by USPS, UPS, DHL/ Fed Ex.
A refund will be issued immediately.
In store items (Cell phone cases, Mailers, Bubble wrap, packing supplies) can be refunded within 7 days, if the item is the same condition as we sold it.
