  • On-the-Spot Tech Support: Immediate resolution of printer issues, networking challenges, software glitches, and point-of-sales inquiries ensures seamless operations.
  • Same-Day Tech Support: Swift response to critical issues minimizes disruptions and enhances productivity.
  • POS Updates and Scale Issues: Stay updated with timely POS software updates and reliable scale management.
  • Employee Support: Responsive assistance for unexpected staffing shortages, available with a 2-hour notice. Franchise owners cover costs for workers sent to sub on the same day.

Training and Hardware Support

  • Employee Training: Access to comprehensive training programs designed to boost operational efficiency. All training costs are covered by the franchise owner.
  • Hardware Replacement: Rapid replacement of non-warranty hardware, with costs managed by the franchise owner.
  • Franchise Owner: Can hire their own staff as long as they are qualified for the Retail position that is being offered.

Strategic Marketing

  • Google Organic Listing: Increase online visibility with optimized Google organic listings.
  • Scheduled Weekly Posts: Engage your audience consistently with scheduled posts across Google and other platforms.
  • Logo and Marketing: Changes, enhancements are permitted for internal store marketing material (flyers, coupons), however any online advertising and instore signage would need pre-approval from OC Mail Store, LLC.
  • Social Media Pages: Existing Social Media marketing includes: Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, Nextdoor, and Pinterest. If needed, OC Mail Store LLC will work with you in enhancing your Social Media Marketing. Franchise Owners are free to utilize any of the above pages that is associated with their Franchise Location. OC Mail Store, LLC retains all rights and access as “Owner” for Strategic Marketing Pages and Online Profiles for all locations. Any other unassociated Social Media pages created for a Franchise Owner’s location are not allowed unless approved by OC Mail Store, LLC.

Flexibility in Branding

  • Name Usage Options: You have the flexibility to use our established brand name, OC Mail Store, with a standard 3% franchise fee, or rebrand your store as per your preference if you choose to opt out of the Franchise Opportunity.

Future Opportunities

  • Profit Sharing on Sale: Should OC Mail Store decide to sell all locations, franchise owners benefit from a 15% return of the selling price.
  • Projected Valuation: OC Mail Store is projected to be valued at $100 million within 5 to 8 years, offering substantial growth potential and investment return.

Exclusions and Inclusions

  • Excludes Google AdSense: We do not cover Google AdSense campaigns.
